Used each day before brushing (2x). Looks like it whitens right after spitting it out. I feel like it really whitened my teeth... not that they were too bad before, though.

This product is amazing! I was having a problem with bad breath, and couldn't figure out what was causing it. I am very hygienic and brush three times a day. I had no sinus infection, and yet this nasty taste in my mouth would not go away (and I brush my tongue often). My teeth had also gotten a bit yellow, however I had more serious things on my plate, so I wasn't all that focused on how white my teeth were. I was at my dentists office for a cleaning, and the hygienist told me about this rinse. I mentioned that I had tried other mouthwashes in the past, and felt like I was doing nothing but perfuming my mouth. Mouthwashes never did much of anything for me except burn my mouth with their powerful formula's. She said to make sure I bought a whitening mouthwash for the hydrogen peroxide, and that this one was excellent. I usually sort of half listen to what they say when I am there, but this stood out for me. I am so glad I listened! This is night and day to regular mouthwash! Not only did my bad breath go away on my second usage, but my teeth were instantly whiter the first time I tried this! I kept looking in the mirror because I could hardly believe it! This is not even a kit or a strip or anything, and yet my teeth are at least two shades whiter as I type this (and I have only been using this a week)! I am addicted to the feeling I get after I rinse my mouth with this! My teeth are so clean and fresh and white! I don't use it as a pre-rinse. I don't like it that way. I brush my teeth first, rinse well and then I use this. It just feels so much fresher that way. This gets rid of all the bacteria and nasty stuff that causes bad breath. It does burn a little bit, but I also have a super sensitive mouth. You just rinse well and it goes away quickly. Awesome product!

whitens fairly quick when used daily. I have sensitive teeth and doesnt seem to affect them.

I use the product morning and evening before brushing, it tastes good and keeps my mouth fresh. After 2 weeks of use I noticed that my teeth look whiter and helthier.

The first time I used it, this product made a difference. BUT you should use it every day. And I suggest using a plaque-removing rinse BEFORE this product--the results will be more dramatic.
