Ok I have only used this stuff for a few days now so I don't know about the whitening effects yet, but I LOVE this stuff! My teeth feel so clean, and noticably smooth. The fresh breath lasts a long time, and the taste is very mild. If this stuff whitens, I will be a lifetime user. Gums look better already, too.

I didn't think the taste was bad at all, much better than rinsing with a traditional water/peroxide mixture. Best of all, the results have been great. I noticed clear results after only a week, and it keeps getting better. I could never stick to other whitening methods in the past, like the strips, etc. This one is so easy to stick to. Just use as a pre-brush rinse in the morning, and at night before bed. It also makes my mouth feel super clean and fresh, and the freshness lingers for several hours. Love this product, I highly recommend it!

I gave up on mouth wash for awhile. Ended up trying this one, and I would have to say it really does work! The taste is bad, but at least it works and helps my gums a lot.

I can't say the taste is my favorite, but it really does seem to whiten my very sensitive teeth without making them ache...The foaming can get a little annoying after the third or fourth spit...but beauty is pain, right?

I love this stuff. I replaced Colgate's Peroxyl with it; costs less and works well. Tastes neutral to me. Good to use before a floss, as it foams around any plaque you missed brushing, and helps you to see what you're doing. I follow with Biotene rinse for dry mouth, very mild taste with no alcohol, but a bit expensive.

I like to use both a pre-brush rinse and a post-brush rinse to get my mouth very clean. This pre-brush rinse seems to be more effective than Plax - you can see the peroxide foam up, killing germs.

It really does taste pretty bad. But if you brush right after, it's not a long lasting problem. It does say it's a pre-brushing rinse. But this product does whiten my teeth more than even Whitestrips. I am going to buy another bottle of it.

I noticed an immediate difference in whitening. I have tried carbomer peroxide gels and those trays, and they produced no whitening and made my teeth hurt. I tried whitening toothpastes, and they don't work either. Sure, it's kind of odd holding mouthwash in your mouth a minute, and you'll need a clock in the bathroom, but this product is the best. I read the reviews on here before buying and have to say that I called and you are not supposed to use any other mouthwash. This one kills germs and plaque too. I use a tartar build up one and this one.

THIS STUFF WORKS!!! I've tried many whitening toothpastes, and none have really worked and I don't have the patience for gels, strips, etc. So, this rinse prior to brushing with the Crest day and night formulas is the answer. Simple, easy, EFFECTIVE!
