LISTERINE Whitening Original Pre-Brush Rinse, Clean Mint 32 oz (946 ml)

I'm on my second bottle that I use twice a day and in general I really do feel that this product has helped to whiten my teeth - but they weren't that bad to begin with. I do like the foam... I feel that it helps to flush out food particles. The taste doesn't bother me much knowing that the main ingredient is hydrogen peroxide (hence the foam) and it seems that my teeth stay cleaner between brushings - the only problem that I have had -- is that it strips a layer of skin away from the inside of my mouth... it "sheds" almost with each use within 15 minutes of use... that kinda freaks me out - not to mention I have to make sure to use it 30 minutes or more before I go out into public and start peeling the skin from the inside of my mouth. Maybe it's just me - but all in all for the whitening and clean feeling I'll deal, at least through this bottle.

I use it with Aquafresh Extreme Clean + Whitening, and I was pretty amazed at how quickly it started to whiten my teeth and I've only been using it for about a week now. It was definitely worth the buy! It's been the only thing to really work for me. As for the taste, what do you expect? I actually like the clean feeling it leaves my mouth with. And you're supposed to BRUSH after using it, so your mouth should taste like your toothpaste -- not the mouthwash.

Works okay, but tastes awful. I couldn't get used to the taste and my teeth are not so bad that I felt the need to suffer.

Saw the commercial and had to try this, the reviews here helped me as well in making my decision. This stuff really works; I noticed after the second use and use it twice a day now. I see more whitening than when I went to the dentist and paid to sit there with my mouth stretched open for over an hour. Ahh, what a blessing this bottle is!!!

I think it did help to whiten, but it doesn't seem to do anything for my breath, so I guess I need a seperate mouth wash for that, unless I want a yucky taste in my mouth.

At first I didn't like the taste it took some getting use to...now I love the product. I use twice a day and I'm now on my 3rd bottle. I like the bigger bottles from Costco but haven't seen it there for awhile. I love coffee so this works well at keeping my teeth white.

I was concerned about the taste when I read all of the terrible reviews, but really, the taste is like a very toned-down original Listerine flavor; so I didn't find it to be bad. It does whiten a bit and I like the results. It's a lot better than having to use the whitening strips; those things will make your teeth sensitive!

This stuff is painful! It tastes terrible and stung my mouth and throat. I had to rinse several times to get the feeling out of my mouth. Can't be good for you.

This product is so much easier to use than those whitening strips.
I would definitely buy this again.

Great product! It whitened as promised after the 1st couple of days and others noticed too. Taste is not so bad that you have to spit it out, unless you are just too sensitive. It basically tastes like mint and peroxide but they don't lie and tell you it is going to taste fruity, so what would you expect? It is effective because of the mix of the ingredients and following the directions. You will NOT see results if you spit it out too soon or swish it around in your mouth so that it works like the water in a dishwasher or clothes washer does in cleaning your clothes. Excellent product when used with Crest Rejuvenating Effects toothpaste!
