Great product! It whitened as promised after the 1st couple of days and others noticed too. Taste is not so bad that you have to spit it out, unless you are just too sensitive. It basically tastes like mint and peroxide but they don't lie and tell you it is going to taste fruity, so what would you expect? It is effective because of the mix of the ingredients and following the directions. You will NOT see results if you spit it out too soon or swish it around in your mouth so that it works like the water in a dishwasher or clothes washer does in cleaning your clothes. Excellent product when used with Crest Rejuvenating Effects toothpaste!

Taste is not bad and I kind of like the foaming from the peroxide. The only whitening product that has ever worked for me.

Three things to remember when purchasing this product:
1. This product works great for whitening your teeth. 2. The taste will test your gag reflexes. 3. Daily use will result in maintaining a white smile. I agree that the taste is very discomforting, and same goes for the foam. However, I was extremely impressed with how quickly it whitened my teeth. Only 60 seconds of rinsing, and it whitens my teeth for the entire day. I do recommend this product to anyone who wants to whiten their teeth or maintain their pearly whites for a low price.

I felt like a Vaudeville comic doing a classic "spit take" when this vile chemical touched my tongue. Unless you have a tolerance for pure peroxide, don't even venture this. I was frothing at the mouth, much to my sister's delight. I wouldn't even wish this on a kid who needs to be cured of cursing. Soap would be kinder.

I would definitely say this product is worth the money; it freshens your mouth and the hydrogen peroxide brightens teeth. If you want dramatic whitening, go with Crest Whitestrips...but if you need to maintain whiteness, this is A+.
FYI: This product does NOT substitute for regular Listerine...you're supposed to use this, then brush, then rinse with regular Listerine mouthwash for the anti-plaque/gingivitis protection...hence the 4 out of 5 stars.
