I tried peroxide-based rinses and toothpastes because they work chemically. This worked okay for about a week, getting rid of surface stains from dark beverages and smoking. However, that's as far as it went. My dentist told me that this will not work for any other type of "less than white" teeth issues. Plus it tastes so bad - like peroxide - it makes me gag.

I had high hopes for this product but was very disappointed. It tastes awful and is much too harsh for me. After daily use for less than a week, it left my mouth dry and actually caused a painful split in my tongue which took weeks to heal! I won't be using it again.

I started getting stains between my teeth before I started using this rinse. Now others ask me what I use for whitening. I have already recommended this product to others. It really works to whiten those hard to reach spaces in between teeth. I don't even need to use the whitening strips any more.
Tip: Use this rinse twice a day after brushing your teeth. Also use this rinse after drinking or eating anything that can stain your teeth (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, wine, cranberries, etc.).

it is great if you are a heavy coffee drinker but for us regular people with dimmed white teeth

A great product to help clean and strengthen your teeth. It takes awhile to get use to the taste and foaming action of the peroxide. That just shows the product is working and cleaning!! My teeth will never be snow white but that to me is very un-natural. My teeth have already shown an improvement.

It is important to follow instructions (pre-brush), and use daily or twice a day. I have been using the produce for two years now, I believe it will slow down the discoloration of the teeth after you whiten them with another product. Great value!

I'd give zero stars if I could. I love Listerine but "poor taste" doesn't even begin to describe this stuff. I've been trying to figure out a way to use it for 3 weeks now, I've tried diluting it but even 50% water doesn't make it palatable. It's going to bum me out, but I'm dumping it. You might think I'm a wuss, but this stuff gets a little foamy and sticks. There is no rinsing it off your tongue, a scraper is required, if you don't have a scraper, you will be sad.

Tastes much better than any whitening mouthwashes that i have tried. My teeth are so much whiter in just 2 weeks of use. Awesome product!!
