I bought this to help my daughter's cracked skin. The minute I put it on she cried for me to wipe it off. It was itchy. A few days later, I tried again and she again screamed for me to wipe it off and "not use that cream again".

As an adult with excema and sensitive skin, I find this product soothing and effective.

My daughter has had eczema for 2 years, since she was an infant. We have tried every single there is and almost nothing has worked. A couple things have worked occasionally, but never enough and it never keeps working for some reason. After reading the reviews on this product I bought it and the wash. I do really like the feeling of this lotion going on her skin, and it seems to soak in fast, no stickiness or greasiness. BUT, after it worked for a day or two with helping her skin feel soft and taking away the dryness (her redness and itching never went away), she had a major eczema breakout/flareup. It was so bad that we had to take her to the doctor and she had a skin infection on top of the eczema that she needed 2 antibiotics for. Then we took her to an allergist to test for all the different eczema causing allergens and after we found that she had none, we told the doctor about using this lotion. He said it very well may have made it worse. He suggested that sometimes all of the herbal/natural ingredients are still too harsh for eczema patients and cause bad flareups. I'm not saying this cream did that to her for sure, it's just a definitely possibility and I won't use it again.

Our infant grandson has terrilbe excema on his face. We have tried LOTS of products to help relieve his skin. I tried this cream. It is OK it did not cure him or produce the miracle that we were looking for but it did a nice job in softening his skin and keeping is moist. It did not sting him or cause discomfort it also did not clear up the excema. I have also used this cream on my winter chapped knuckles and it absorbs nicely and leaves the skin soft.

My daughter has eczema, and this is the only product that has even helped. It completely cleared it up, and keeps it away. We have tried just about everything else, nothin worked, until we found this! It works wonderfully! Highly recommend! Wish we had tried this sooner!

I bought this along with the body wash and cooling spray for my 2 boys who both suffer from eczema. Not only did it do nothing for their eczema, but it actually made my 18 month old son's worse. I would not recommend it to anyone. It was an expensive mistake.
