I don't normally like paying more than double for consumables but this is one of very few purchases I am not regretting. My baby's skin is very sensitive to most known brands of shower gels and he gets an eczema breakout all over his body. I have tried J&J, including Aveeno, California Baby, Mustela, Burts Bees, and more, was on the verge of giving up because I really can't figure out if he is sensitive to sulfates or synthetic fragrances then I found this and gave it a try after reading raving reviews. Less than a week after showering all my kids in this, my baby's eczema is completely cleared and my pre-schooler's face eczema is banished. Even the red scars it used to leave behind, completely gone, although it did take slightly longer to clear than my baby's. As for tear free I haven't tried on myself but my kids seem not to care if it got into their eyes so I think it is non-stinging. I am repurchasing and have recommended this to other moms whose babies and kids have eczema.

The only gripe I have is that it doesn't foam well therefore I have to use more of the product per session than I would with say California Baby.

My 5 year old got this the product in his eye and screamed hysterically. I wasn't sure if he was overreacting or not. So, my 14 year old decided to "test" the product and let a tiny bit get in his eye. He verified that it hurt ALOT! My 5 yr old's eye was completely red. So, please be careful if you use this product on your children, as it is not tearless! I also thought is smelled a bit "medicinal". I switched to Aveeno.

My 2 year old daughter has bad eczema problems and this is the only product that seems to work for us. It is so difficult to find a tear free shampoo for babys with sensitive skin! This works as a shampoo and body wash in one!! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with an eczema problem. Little Docs also has a cooling lotion that I swear by. My daughter gets relief almost instantly.

Little Doc's does wonders for my dry skin. I am a senior citizen, and have had many sore spots on my scalp and body. This products got rid of it all! Now my friends at the retirement home use it, too!
We like it because it is gentle.

I was happy to get this because of the reviews and because it's the only thing "tear free" that I have found for eczema babies. My daughter is 2 and has had eczema since she was born. I bought this because of the eczema starting to show up on her head and face and behind her ears. I needed something tear free. It seems to hurt her when I used it (3 days I used it). I have always used Johnsons tear free wash on her hair and it has never bothered her but this made her scream. I also tried it on her body and she screamed as well. Our allergist told us that sometimes all the natural/herbal ingredients (which I am a huge fan of usually), are too much for eczema patients and will it will hurt them or make them worse. Unfortunately, we won't be using this anymore. I wish it had worked.

Good product, especially for dry skin and eczema. Rinses clean. Easy to use pump.

I was really glad to find this product as my 3 year old has dry skin. I felt she was getting too old for baby soap and this soap worked well and she can use it on her own. I have recommended this product to a friend and she is very excited to try it on her child.
