I purchased this product for an embarrassing problem. The product is indicated for anorectal itch and pain. The main ingredient is Lidocaine that is a topical anesthetic. The cream that I usually purchase was unavailable so I thought I would try this one. It is expensive, however, if it was effective it would be well worth the price. Unfortunately, it did not ease the itching and discomfort. It may be better for other uses but not for this indication.
When practical, clean area with mild soap and warm water and rinse thoroughly. Gently dry by patting or blotting with toilet tissue or soft cloth before applying.
Adults and children 12 years and older: Apply to the affected area up to 6 times a day.
Children under 12 years of age: Consult a doctor.
Store at 25°C (77°F); excursions permitted to 15-30°C (59-86°F).
