Have decided the drugstores would rather stock the more expensive lines and products instead of the lower cost lines. Was thrillled to be able to purchase on-line. My main complaint is with the bottle. My main complaint is with the bottle. It's hard plastic which can't be squeezed. The lid is round so you can't store it upside down to keep the moisturizer near the opening. There is no pump, and the opening is just a little bit too large for a finger to cover it. So, to get the lotion to come out I had to cover the end with my thumb and shake, shake, shake. At the same time, it allows the skin to breathe. Most importantly, it is has the extra protection of UVA/UVB Sunscreen. I am a big gardener and and dog walker who lives on the rural coastside in California. The winds blow mightily and the sun is harsh. Most general moisturizers I've used in the past don't have a strong fragrance, but I guess that's L'Oreal. For men this moisturizer probably isn't a good choice. It absorbs into my skin without leaving a greasy feeling. I don't notice any difference in my skin texture, tone or wrinkles, but it eases dryness and makes my skin feel soft. My bottle was getting low & I have not been able to find it in stores lately, so I was very happy when I found it on Drugstore.com. I am 72yrs. old and get comments on how young and smooth my face looks. I have tried other products but non make my face feel and look so good. I apply it before makeup and before bed and was upset when the product failed to appear in any drug store. Thank you for carrying it. Comments about L'Oreal Active Daily Moisture Lotion SPF 15 for All Skin Types: My skin needs both moisture and sunblock (to keep brown spots from re-appearing) and have used this brand in the past (along with many, many others) but did not find this to be an effective moisturizer especially in bright daylight when lines and other signs of aging appear more intense. Younger skin would probably do well with this but if you are like me, 50 and post-menopause, which means drier skin, this will not be enough - even with a serum first. The other thing I didn't like was the applicator/tall bottle. Would have been better with a pump or in a wide jar that you can dip your fingers into because too much runs out when you try to pour a little into your palms. Will not be buying this again.
