It easily takes off all my makeup and it doesn't sting, even when it gets in my eyes with contacts on! I've been using this remover for 7 years and I don't think I'll be changing brands soon. It also leaves my skin feeling very fresh!

This product is awesome! I store it in the refrigerator and use in the am to help take the puffiness away. It is non greasy & feels GREAT!!

product removes mascara & brow shaper well. It is a little irritating to eyes & burns a little.

My eyes are very sensitive, so I usually have to stay away from all creams and lotions. I have found this product to be gentle on my eyes, and I love the fact that it's oil-free! Because it is oil-free I can see that it probably would not work with waterproof mascaras. But it certainly removes my mascara and eye-liner well.

I now buy and use it all the time!

Great everyday product for removal of most cosmetics. Gentle, not oily and does not irritate eyes. I hate the oily feel of many cosmetic removers, but this leaves my face feeling much cleaner and refreshed than others I've tried. The only downside is that it is not incredibly effective for thick/heavy makeup or tough waterproof mascara. However, if you're like me and typically wear fairly minimal/basic makeup, this is a great, well-priced option. I use it for removing everything from eye shadow to blush to foundation.

This product doesn't say it works on waterproof mascara so maybe it is too harsh to expect it to.

I've been using this product for over 10 years and still love it. The best part about it for me (and I don't know about other users) is that it makes my eyelashes grow fuller somehow. I noticed it after I was trying a different eye makeup remover that wasn't working so I got back to my L'Oreal and almost immediately saw my lashes grow longer and fuller.
Definitely recommend this product.

Note: I never rub my eyes when taking off makeup, just put some amount of remover on the cotton pad and hold it over my eye for a minute. It takes the makeup right off without stretching the skin and I usually do it while watching TV or surfing the Internet.

I love this product.It easily remoives all traces of eye makeup without drying delicate skin around eyes. Smells good too.
