I’ll admit, I was lured in by the TV commercials for this product … but was pleasantly surprised that the ads were accurate! Although a little more time consuming to apply (only because it is a 2-step process), it is well worth it. This mascara does NOT come off all day … no smudging, no flaking, and no running. Nothing but doing its job as a lash-lengthening mascara. And, when I wash my face at night I rub right over my eyes with a face cloth and it doesn’t come off at all. I sleep in it and wake up with NO flakes or smudges on my face. When I shower in the morning, I wash my face and the product wipes right off with a face cloth – very easily. And, it comes off in the little tubes, as advertised, and doesn’t stain my face cloth at all. It just rinses right off the cloth, easy as that!
So you can believe the ads – and I have to say, this is my new, one-and-only, mascara. I LOVE IT!!
I would only say that the brush could stand some improvement, but it is not that big of a deal.

I have been on a frantic search to find my favorite mascara and this is the eighth tube that I have tried. Double Extension is a complete waste of money and this product is not cheap for a drugstore brand.
The primer is okay, but the mascara is the worst. I opened the mascara this morning, and when I removed the mascara from the tube, about 50% of the mascara ended up on the wand. I ended up with clumpy lashes and spent 20 minutes after the application, trying to brush out the clumps with a eyelash wand/mascara comb. I am sick that I wasted money and won't be able to use this tube.
Removal is not an easy thing. I ended up using four eyemakeup remover pads on one eye alone, and I still had mascara flakes all over my eyes. This stuff is junk and I will not buy it again...
I work for a large costmetics company and this is the only mascara I'll wear. (Don't tell my company!) It looks natural and stays put until you remove it. You can put a lot of the primer (white) on or just a small amount to change the volume/length of your lashes. It is really very remarkable. I tell all my girlfriends about it. You'll never buy falsh eyelashes again after trying this!
I have always had trouble with mascara giving me racoon eyes by the end of the day. This product is amazing. I even napped in it and it didn't smudge. Easy to come off and comes off cleanly. Cry proof, rub proof and really wears well.
The mascara is pretty good. One side has a base coat/primer and then it has another side for the actual mascara. It doesn't clump nor is it easy to remove. I wouldn't say that it's necessarily a con, but when I washed my face that might, the mascara came off in clumps. I thought that was really weird, but it made it for easy removal. I would definitely not get your eyes wet when wearing this mascara because it could just off in clumps on your face rather than smudging.
The only mascara I have used that I am not allergic to! Love that it lengthens and enhances. I haven't had a problem removing it with water at the end of the day, and have been surprised that it stays on so well while wearing- even in the humidity of Houston. I wear contacts and have had absolutely no problems with flaking and irritation. Hope they never discontinue this one!
I have naturally thin, light lashes. This mascara is wonderful for making them longer and thicker. It does tend to dry out on the mouth of the tube kind of quickly, but otherwise I love it.
This is the best mascara going! It will last all day and night, and comes off with just water. Just stand in the shower and let the water soften it and it just slides off! Most mascaras flake and smudge, not this one. Please don't ever stop making this! I really don't understand why some of the posters are having a problem with removal. What is simpler than water?
LOVE it - it really makes lashes look longer and thicker. It can be a bit tricky to remove, though. I use a non-oily eye makeup remover first then wash off with water. Don't be surprised to see little fibers come off -- that's the secret to why it works!
Ever since this mascara was introduced it's the only one I'll use. It does not flake or run at all, until you take it off. Comes off easily in the shower with just water. The only con I have is that it doesn't last very long, so I have to replace it more often than conventional mascara.
Start with one eye and apply both Step 1 and Step 2 to the lashes, by placing the brush at the base of lashes and gently sweeping up to the tip. Next, apply both Step 1 and Step 2 to the opposite eye. For best results, apply Step 2 directly after Step 1 - no need to wait for drying time in between!
