So glad I tried this product, for I've changed my mind for good. I have very sensitive skin/eyes and long but straight as a board and a little sparse eyelashes. This product goes on smoothly (okay, there's an occasional clump) and makes my lashes look naturally thicker. It's not irritating at all. And contrary to what other reviewers wrote, I really do not have any trouble with smudging. Yes, it's waterproof, but I find it comes off easily with a wipe or eye makeup remover liquid. For some reason, it doesn't add volume or length like the other primer mascaras from L'oreal. The brush is shaped differently and is shorter than the non-waterproof primer mascaras, so I have speculated that the shape could explain the problem. For my wedding, I used L'oreal double extend with primer and after it dried, used a second coat of this waterproofed mascara. It was fine and the mascara did not run. I love the primer side which seems to provide a soothing coating for the black mascara. It flows on smoothly and looks great. I prefer this waterproof one to the non waterproof though both work equally as well in application. It is a matter of preference as far as wearablity and lastibility. Just love this product!!! Pros

I like that I can see how much longer the the white extender has made my lashes, before I add the dark top coat. I have a little flaking, but it's not too bad. Some waterproof mascaras really dry out my lashes. This one doesn't seem to do that. It's difficult to remove, but they're all the same in that regard. Pros
