Do not use:
If you have already had a reaction to a haircolor product.
If you have a sensitive, itchy or damaged scalp.
If you have a tattoo, the risks of allergic reaction may be increased.
Perform an allergy test with a portion of this product 48 hours before each use of this product. (see the instruction sheet). Remember to buy your product 2 days ahead of time.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
If product gets into eyes, rinse immediately.
Wear gloves provided in kit.
Thoroughly rinse hair after application.
Wait at least 14 days after bleaching, relaxing or perming before coloring.
Do not use over compound henna or progressive color.

I am constantly asked where do I have my hair colored and who is the colorist! Everyone is shocked when I tell them that I color my own hair. The color is really beautiful and seems to naturally add beautiful hi-lights and low-lights, it looks so natural (except for the first 2 days where it looks all one color and appears a bit on the red side but this somehow fades). I mix up half a bottle for roots in a plastic cup and use about a 1 inch paint brush to apply the color which works great and half a bottle is enough. I highly recommend this color. I've been using sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner for colored hair which has improved the condition of my hair as well.

I am about a 10 or a 91/2 in regular color (it's my natural color). I was using Preference by L'Oreal and it was dry and I could not dry my hair without it feeling like I was dragging my brush through it. This product is great. My hair comes out feeling soft and bouncy, which is in complete opposition to many of the other comments. I've been coloring for "punch" and any grays since 2007 so I don't have a lot of history with any other product than this one. I think I used Blondissme with similar results but this is my go to. I wish L'Oreal had it this light in its more 'natural' formula

I had recently embarked on the journey of going from light reddish brown to blonde. However, after using three different products, my hair still had an orange tone to it. I decided that I would try to lighten it one more time. I did some research, and I liked what I heard about L'Oreal Feria products. So I went to [...], picked up L'Oreal Feria Pure Diamond, and let the color sit for the recommended thirty minutes. While I was waiting for the color to change, I kept sneaking glances in the mirror. I was a little worried that the product wasn't lightening it enough (I had envisioned the platinum blonde on the box). The final result was very subtle, but it did get the orange tones out. I had a lot of beautiful white highlights, and my hair sparkles in the sun. Overall, I've grown to like the result. It wasn't the dramatic change I had anticipated, but it was pretty and natural looking.

I have been coloring/bleaching my hair for more than 20 years and I have NEVER had it "fry" before I used this product. My ends got gummy when they were wet and lhad the texture of steel wool pads when it dried naturally. I had to get about 4" cut off of the ends to get rid of all the damage this color did to my hair. I would definitely NOT recommend this. I have found L'Oreal Superior Preference Dream Blonde to be a much kinder, gentler product and would suggest that over this brand. It's worth the extra few bucks to keep your hair healthy.

I love this product. I have been using it for 3 years and it never fails me. It has a short set up time and it doesn't smell offensive and it doesn't burn my scalp. Thanks LOreal. Oh, and I get so many complements on my hair color!

For over seven years now I have had my hair professionally colored and either foiled or pulled through a cap highlights (it gets expensive). I was vacationing in Florida and got the urge to try something new as my natural dark blond roots were showing. I was thrilled with the results. I had no highlights in my hair at the time I used LOreal Pure Diamond and this product gave me a beautiful, multidimensional color of light blond. It looks like highlights! It's now three weeks later and I continue to use the tube of de-brassy twice a week and the color still looks great! Next week I will reapply only to the roots as the package explains and I expect to have good results. What a TON of salon money this will save me. The smell was not that bad and I had no irritation, however I am a veteran of salon treatments so my nose and head are used to product use. On my already colored yet natural dark blond hair the product worked beautifully!

The color was fine when I was finished and that's about the only good thing I can say. I felt like I had toxic chemicals on my head during the dying process. The smell was very harsh, my scalp was irritated and itchy and it dried out my hair.
