since i started using this a few years ago, i stopped having to use any type of cover stick. This makeup covers everything and you dont need to use a lot of it. in fact a light application is best. if you put on too much, or if you dont moisturize first, it tends to look a bit 'cakey'. I moisturize with Aveeno Positively Radiant, then apply a thin coat of Infallible, then use a giant brush to finish the with a very light dusting of Phycician's Formula CovTex 10 transulent powder. the result is a flawless finish. as an added bonus, it lasts ALL day. no re-applying needed. ever.

I hope and pray they don't discontinue this foundashion, I just discovered it. I have been searching for a good medium coverage and spf liquid foundashion. My search is over; this made me look flawless does what it says, lasted for a long time didn't need any touch ups hid my flaws real well. Such as acene scars, the spf is a big + am in love. =)

I was really surprised to find this foundation at a drugstore ... I first discovered the infallible lipstick for my wedding while doing a lot of research about smudge-proof makeup. Anyway, this foundation is really wonderful ... it is smudge-proof (no more makeup marks around my collar or on my suit jackets), the coverage is nice (not too heavy or light) and it really does last ... I work 10- to 12-hour workdays and this looks great when I drive home at night, much to my own surprise.My wedding is a week away, and all the much more expensive foundations that I was experimenting with are going by the wayside in favor of this ... for[$] ... Go figure. I really, really recommend this.If I had one negative about this, and this is not a big negative, is that I found this makeup to be a little drying ... But that's okay for me and my skin type. No complaints ... but if you had dry skin, I don't know how well this would work out.

I have rosacea on my cheeks and this foundation covers better and stays on longer than any I've tried. Plus, as another reviewer stated, it was easier to find a closer match to my natural skin tone because there are so many color choices. The only con would be that sometimes its hard to go back over an area without messing it up because the makeup dries a little sticky, but its not a big deal. I hope they never discontinue this foundation.

I have been using this product since it first came out about 5 years ago. I first read about it in the newspaper when the reporters were testing it out. I thought I'd give it a shot since it got glowing reviews and boy am I glad I did.I have very fair and very sensitive acne-prone, redness-prone skin. I have been wearing make-up since I can remember and this is the best foundation I've run across hands down and that's ranging from other pharmacy products to luxury department store brand makeup. Not only was I able to find a shade that matches exactly (and believe me it's hard to find really fair colors with good coverage), but it doesn't irritate my skin or cause breakouts and it truly does last all day. I wear it as my daily use and for special occasions. Plus, the price is fantastic. I consider myself a budget shopper and [$] may seem like a lot, but this little bottle lasts me a good 4 months or more. One tiny complaint I have is that sometimes I require a face creme underneath when my skin is especially dry, and unless I really let the lotion soak in or dab it off with a cloth before putting on the makeup, it will create a weird clumpy texture. So it's not as moisturizing as it could be stand alone, but I wouldn't change a thing about it. I probably just need to find the right creme for underneath. The other tiny complaint I have is that the opening will sometimes dry out and clog and unless I'm careful and make sure to wipe away the chunk, it can squirt out in a bad way and get on clothes (which stains them if poured in liquid form, beware).It does NOT, however, come off on clothes once applied and dried on your face. It doesn't have a bad odor or taste either. It's great for pictures and doesn't wash out or reflect. It really is fantastic. I couldn't ask for anything more.

This product works, and works VERY well, IF you apply it correctly.
What I mean by that is: Folks, this is a LONG WEARING foundation that wont rub off. it is not like a regular foundation that will transfer and smear off 30 minutes after you put it on: what that means is, you have to apply it correctly the first time.
For those who are saying its heavy and mask-like, it makes me ask the question if those ladies have ever used long wearing foundation before? with regular foundation, you can put a lot on, then smear it around, work it into your skin, then stand back and look at it; if it is un-even, you can take a sponge and blend it, and if its too thick in some spots, you can wipe some off, etc.. You CANNOT DO THAT WITH LONG WEARING FOUNDATION! :)

With Long wearing foundation ( whether its this brand or Revlon Colorstay or any other ) you have to approach it differently.. you put a TINY bit into your hand, get some on your fingertips, and apply to a SMALL area at a time, and you have to work fast! blend a small amount lightly and quickly into your skin, and then move on to the next area, and so on, until your face is covered. this product is thin and it dries quickly, and once its dry, thats it.. you cant take a sponge and smear it around or blend it in.. you have to do that the first time, while you are initially putting it on, because once it dries, thats it; if you try to layer more on top of it, it WILL look thick and cakey and feel awful on your skin, and it WILL show your pores and your fine lines, etc.. THIS STUFF IS NOT MEANT TO BE APPLIED IN A THICK LAYER! when applying, you must work quick, use a small amount of product, and blend it quickly and thinly with a light touch. if you try and apply this the same way you apply regular
( non long wearing) foundation, it wont work, it will look cakey and thick and un-even and you will hate it; however, if you you apply it quickly, in a very THIN layer and blend it very fast as you are applying it, you will end up with coverage that is even, VERY light feeling on your face, VERY natural looking, and it will STAY that way 16+ hours. No, I dont work for the company.. its just that I have been using Colorstay by Revlon since it 1st came out ( was that 1996? ) and I know how to apply long wearing foundation. it took me lots of practice the first time i used a long wearing foundation, and I made the same mistakes, and it felt heavy, showed all of my imperfections, and looked and felt like a mask.. UNTIL I learned how to apply it. I have a very un-even skin tone ( redness, blotchiness ) and have large pores, oily skin, and some mild blemishes, and yet when I am done applying this product, my skin tone is even, all of my imperfections are covered, and it feels so light on my skin, I cant even tell I have it on. it lasts all day and looks smooth and natural. If you choose the correct color and learn how to apply it, you will not find a better foundation.

This foundation provides a good match to my very fair slightly yellow skin tone. The coverage is great and it goes on fast and makes my skin look pretty flawless and smooth (which it is not). It hasn't caused any problems with my relatively sensitive acne prone skin (I wear it a couple of times a week), however it IS heavy and after wearing it for the day my skin starts to feel a little stiff and I'm aching to take it off. Good foundation, but not perfect.

I switched to this foundation when my previous favorite was no longer in stock locally. I wanted something long lasting that was not heavy and this does seem to work okay - so much so I have been using it for 2 years. However, it's not perfect so I am currently looking for something better. PROS: It has excellent coverage, even with blemishes/light scars. It really does stay put ALL day - even in humidity. It does not make me break out or clog pores. CONS: It does not control oil - I start to get shiny about 2 hrs later. It feels like a MASK - no kidding - this stuff just feels too heavy and thick. By the end of the day my skin is dying to get it off (and I do not use a lot). Even with the closest color match it's hard to avoid a line right on the jaw line. Overall, it works so well to cover light acne scarring and imperfections, and lasts forever. However, it does feel heavy and thick and looks like you're wearing makeup... I really need something lighter and more natural.

I love L'oreal True Match, but wanted something that would last a little longer. This foundation is nothing compared to it. This one feels like a mask on the skin, gets cakey, and doesn't blur imprefections. My skin felt tight too and my pores became clogged. Terrible!! I won't be repurchasing this. It might work for someone with very oily skin.
