I wrote a performance review for Teaberry so I will just focus on the color of Cerise. It matches exactly to its container and is a very pretty rose red. It is not bright red nor brownish red and not purplish. I think it would look good on anyone regardless of skin, hair, natural lip color or eye color. It's an easy medium red color. Plenty of reviews both here and for the other colors on the application and feel--seems you love it or hate it--so I'll just address the color (300, Cerise). You never know what you're getting in terms of hues, even if you base it on the packaging. I was looking to replace the Garnet I had lost but the store was out and this was on sale (not sure why...maybe it's going to be discontinued?). It's a deeper tone than Garnet, without the shimmer, which was a relief for me; I think I prefer this color, in the end. Very wearable red (not pure, looks like there's a teeny tinge of blue note); I usually go for warmer hues but this seems like it would read well on most skin tones and doesn't look too pink or berry even on me with my yellow undertones. Not exactly a subtle color, though appropriate for daytime as long as it's paired with a simple eye. Lucky find!

This lipstick stays on all day, just apply the clear gloss, throughout the day and you'll have colorful,glossy,moist lips, won't come off unless you eat very greasy food. I love it!!

It is a good lipstick for working women during long formal meetings when you don't have time to fix your makeup. It does take more time initially to apply. The sponge applicator for the tint is a little tricky. It helps to use your fingers to even out the color on the lips, once you apply the tint with the sponge applicator. There is a bit of clumping, which is the downside of this product, but Kleenex fixes that. Let the color dry 2 minutes. Then use the clear top coating. It does last through eating, but the top coating may need to be applied again.

I have tried other long wearing lip glosses(CoverGirl) and found them to be drying so much so that when the top coat wears off, my lips looked cakey and matte. Not a good look. This was moist, not cakey and real staying power. The Cerise is a lovely pink based red, not garish but flattering on my 62 y.o. lips. In the rush to wear a red lipstick this fall, I got lucky and found THE one!

Wow, I cannot believe how smear-proof this product is. The color stays on all day. First, I apply one layer of the color and allow about a minute or two for it to dry. Then, I apply the clear coat for a glossier finish. I sometimes add a second coat if I want an even brighter color pay-off.

The color product is the one that is smear-proof. The clear coat, on the other hand will rub off throughout the day. For some people, the color gloss may be a bit "drying." This product is not like those regular glosses that are thick and creamy. My recommendation is to moisturize the lips with balm before going to bed every night so that the lips are moist and supple in the morning. Remember, though, your lips must be clean and dry before applying this product! The package recommends that you take off the product with oil-based makeup remover but I think using olive oil is a great and cheap alternative. Just mix a teaspoon olive oil with a teaspoon or two of granulated sugar to remove the product and exfoliate/moisturize your lips.

Overall, I love this product and would recommend it to anyone who wants a color lip product that will last the entire day. (I think I'm going to get myself another one soon)

Enjoyed the application staying power not a yucky uneven stain. The trick is to leave the lip gloss on for 2 minutes before applying the moisture stick. Very nice! Not drying.

This is the best red lipstick I have ever used (color is 300). It is a pink toned red and it lasts all day if you put 2 coats on and let it dry. It is important to let it dry prior to adding gloss.

The only reason I dont give this a 5 is because while it lasts all day, the very CENTER of the lips tends to wear off in color. But still this lipstick is the one that lasts the longest over all I've tried. A lot of people might find this lipstick a little drying too .. but at night I use a lip softener to combat that.
