I fastidiously reapply the moisturizing stick--it still flakes. If you want to actually wipe your mouth, it will partly remove and partly leave a smudgy mess. If you want to reapply color, it looks disgustingly cakey. And it is gross to use an oil-based makeup remover on your lips!
Step 1: Apply a thin layer of lipcolour to clean lips. For best results, allow to dry for 2 minutes. Step 2: Apply conditioning topcoat to seal colour and provide natural shine. Remove with an oil - based makeup remover.
