It is a two step process. First the color and then after a minute or two for it to dry the second tube is a moisturizer, almost like a gloss. I sometimes use the gloss later in the day if my lips are dry, but the color lasts until bedtime. I love Infallible, it's the only lipstick that has ever stayed on for more than a couple of hours.
Step 1: Apply a thin layer of lipcolour to clean lips. For best results, allow to dry for 2 minutes. Step 2: Apply conditioning topcoat to seal colour and provide natural shine. Remove with an oil - based makeup remover.
