Finally a black eyeliner that doesn't run, looks fresh after a few hours, yet also comes off easily. I was specifically searching for an eyeliner that I could line the bottom rim of my eyes with without it eventually smearing or running, resulting in the raccoon eye look. This one's great!

I thought this to be a pretty good eyeliner, I had to go over with it a few times to really get it an intense black. And being the eyeliner junkie that I am, having a natural looking eyeliner just won't work. This does stay pretty well in place though, so if you're thinking of smudging it, forget it, unless you have some vaseline or something to smudge with. All in all, an okay eye liner, but I will go back to my Almay black 16 hr wear eyeliner - much smoother on the eyes and very intense black.
