This is THE best self tanner I've ever used! It comes in a gel form, easy to spread, not too dark. Gives skin a beautiful bronze color. The more you use, the darker you get. Perfect for whities like me who don't tan. Forget spray tans and invest in this product instead. I promise you won't be disappointed!

I am an avid user of self tanners and purchased this after reading the raving reviews. I have used very expensive self tanners as well as drugstore bargains - this was one of the worst. I was expecting a shimmer not glitter - too glitzy for me :) Also, it was almost like a gel, not a lotion as described, rather runny and sticky until it dried.

I do like it, has glitter in it too so not sure if good for men. I like the color but I feel like it makes my skin feel dry once it dies over 7 hrs. I just add lotion so no big deal. And it does have that fake tan smell till you shower.

Comments about L'Oreal Paris Sublime Luminous Bronzer Self-Tanning Lotion, 6.7 fl oz:

I have to say, I LOVE This product! I would try a variety of different self tanners, and a lot of times, they would have that horrible smell and would take forever to dry. They would look nice (as long as it didn't streak), but was just too much of a hassle. I was using a foam tanner that was way to expensive and figured there had to be something else out there. After reading the reviews, figured I'd give it a try. I purchased this and I have used it three times and I have to say, I LOVE IT! First, there is a bit of sparkle, but that is because it is a brozer. That is normal and you'd be very hard pressed to find a bronzer that doesn't have some kind of glittery-ness to it. Second, the smell is wonderful. Kind of fruity but with something else mixed, hard to put my finger on it. I usually apply self tanner before I go to bed, so that I don't walk around smelling it all day. I woke up and could not smell a thing! I even put it on before work on day, and went the whole day without the stench, I even was complimented on my perfume/lotion! Last, the color is quite nice. I am very fair skinned and it's hard to get any kind of color (natural or dye) to stick to my legs, but this worked. I don't see it as orange, it looks like a natual tan (okay, maybe slight orangish, but not like Jersey Shore orange). It still works with my foundation, so it can't be that orange. Oh, one more thing: it is a gel, not a lotion, foam or spray, so I think this will work for people with oily skin or who sweat a lot. It is classified as "transfer and water resistant", which I think is a bonus and better than a lot of other products. It never came off on my clothes or sheets. I think this will be perfect all year round, and plan to be a faithful user.

Comments about L'Oreal Paris Sublime Luminous Bronzer Self-Tanning Lotion, 6.7 fl oz:

I thought I was buying a self tanner. This is sparkly and glittery. I have used Loreal self tanner before and I don't understand why they added this feature. I put it on and felt like a christmas ornament (sparkling in the light). It was embarassing. It wasn't a little sparkle but a lot.
It also doesn't absorb well and felt almost sticky. I like the old formula from Loreal

Comments about L'Oreal Paris Sublime Luminous Bronzer Self-Tanning Lotion, 6.7 fl oz:

I live in Florida and keep a slight tan. This enhances a slight tan really well. It 's like a bronzer more than a self tanner to me & I love the sparkle. The sparkle doesn't really show under my office lights but when I go outside in the sun I can see tiny, tiny little sparkles. You have to be close to see them. This comes out of the bottle a golden bronze so you can see where you need to put it and rub it in. You know what color you have right away if you want to add more or towel it off. It dries super quick and even in this heat i put it on then follow with white shorts or skirts. It will leave streaks if you don't spread it around, but this is so much better to me than waiting on one of the gradual lotions. I love it. I'm stocking up for fear I can't find the product in winter.

I have very fair skin, and this self-tanner works great for me without looking fake. I even use it on my face. IT MUST BE DILUTED TO LOOK REAL, THOUGH! I use half of my regular body lotion and half of the bronzer. Tip: rub, rub, rub until it's dry. You'll never, ever get streaks if you do this.

Comments about L'Oreal Paris Sublime Luminous Bronzer Self-Tanning Lotion, 6.7 fl oz:

This is by far the best self tanner I have ever used! It never streaks and doesn't build up around your knees and ankles (but you still have to be a little careful when applying). It doesn't stain your hands and dries quickly. When it begins to wear off, it does so gradually and evenly and never leaves patches. It has a subtle shimmer, which is nice, but is by no means "glittery". You can apply this almost every day if you wanted to, but I find after day four or so, the color starts to look a little artificial. I also love using this product to accentuate a natural tan. My only complaint (and not a very strong complaint) is that is doesn't smell very nice. In fact, if you are playing sports or get a little sweaty, it smells slightly unpleasant. Can't quite put my finger on the smell to describe it, but it's not offensive. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this product!

The first time I used this it worked great but ever since then,it is seemingly impossible to exfoliate to the degree necessary to achieve an even look.It does dry very quickly.

This is the worst self-tanner I ever used. I only use it on my legs so I don't need to wear pantyhose with dresses. It streaks no matter what I do. I exfoliate thoroughly, moisturize knees & heels, blend carefully, but still awful streaks. The color would be beautiful if not for the streaking. It's a lovely natural brown color. I have used a lot of self-tanners with good results but not this one. I also don't like the sparkles.

Non-moisturizing, but that is a PLUS in the hot summer weather when other self-tanners are too thick and make you sweat. This works fast and looks good on whole body. (I do not use it on face). Very light fragrance, I use this product all through the winter as well, I just add moisturizer myself as needed. Works wonders!
