Best Uses Comments about L'Oreal Studio Secrets Professional Magic B.B. Cream, Light, 1 fl oz: This stuff IS magic. It comes out white and turns a color to match your face tone as you rub it in. It is not thick. In fact, it comes out kind of on the watery side so if you are looking for something with thicker coverage, you might want to blend this with a thicker BB cream. I blend it with the Smashbox BB cream with SPF and it gives me the perfect amount of coverage. I wish it had SPF because the light coverage would be perfect for weekend/around the house wear.

I have problem skin but its finally cleared up so I have very light blemishes here and there. This covered really well and blended really well! I have oily (super super oily) skin. I had to pat it throughout the day like once. Overall I would totally buy this. Its my first time using a BB cream and I like it better than heavy foundation. I recommend people try it. Also be warned some samples might not be good quality. So dont judge the product based on the sample all the time because it might not be fresh. Buy the product from a store you know accepts returns like rite aide or here.

I got a sample of the light, and I thought I'd try a patch on my cheek before going to work. Good thing I only did a patch, cuz it turned bright orange after about 10 seconds. I'm sorta fair, not porcelain by any means, but it was really obvious even in low light to my husband. I couldn't even keep it on long enough to know how hydrating / perfecting / etc it was.

I usually wear it alone or with my sunscreen/primer from Philosophy, and I don't need any foundation. In fact, if you don't like to wear foundation, I'd try this; this coverage is just as good. I think the colors skew a little dark; I bought 'light' and by winter I'll need 'fair,' and my skin is pretty pale as it is. But I really like the color for now. It's light, not greasy, it blends well, and it stays put, even with my oily skin. YOu can use it alone or with moisturizer; however, if your moisturizer has retinol in it, be careful--it may burn.
