If you don't have dry skin, then use this product sparingly to avoid the greasy feeling. I have somewhat dry skin and I've never found this to feel too greasy. I get a very natural tan, though it seems to fade a bit unevenly. I love that it has sunscreen, and perhaps it's this ingredient that causes others to describe it greasy?? At least you've saved a step and protected your skin!! This is also the first product I've used that doesn't have that awful self-tanner smell!!

I have to agree with other users who said it goes on very wet and takes a long time to dry. That said, I still think it gives a very even tan, and I do not have any issues with the odor. (I've found that tanning products work and smell differently on different people, so you'll never know till you try one exactly how it is going to work for you.)

For me, the big plus with this tanner is the SPF15 sunblock. Because of the sunscreen, I like to use this stuff when I'm going to be out in the sun, at the beach or pool. I can still tan while being completely protected from the sun; it's the best of both worlds.

The rest of the time, I rely on the L'oreal quick-dry tanner, which does a great job for me.

Comments about L'Oreal Sublime Bronze Self-Tanning Lotion SPF 20, Medium Natural Tan:

This stuff was horrible. I used it just as described on the bottle. It says to wash hands after application, so I do that and then I get blotches on my hand because I was my hands right away. Finally I thought I had a base tan going and then I noticed that my arms were all blotchy and it was well rubbed in. This stuff leaves you streaky and orange. DO NOT BUY! You are better off trying to find something else that works better. Plus it has an odd scent to it. I even tried mixing it in with regular non scented lotion to try to get it to go on smoothly and that didn't work either.

I use this product every few days on my face, and it gives an even, natural-looking tan. I especially appreciate that it is non-tinted - I find the tints too heavy or infused with glimmer which tends to look heavy & fake. The only improvement would be to make an unscented product.

I loved this product and used it several times a week for 2 years, until they changed the formula to include a "new fresh scent". The product itself is the same, it goes on even and gives a nice natural color with the bonus of an added SPF. Unfortunately, the "new fresh scent" is nauseating and I can no longer buy this product. Goes back to the saying-"If it ain't broke, don't fix it". If they went back to the original formula I would be back to using this product daily.

Caution to former users of this lotion: they have changed the scent from a gender neutral scent that dissipated after awhile, to a flowery stench which lingers on and on. I'm a man and can't go around smelling like this product and I don't know why they think a woman would want to. Bring back the old lotion, please!

I have been a "tan in the can" person for 20 years! I love the fact that it has SPF built right in. I used to buy products that I would use and then have to put sunscreen on afterwards. The only problem I have is that it is not available in stores so I have to order over the internet.

Comments about L'Oreal Sublime Bronze Self-Tanning Lotion SPF 20, Medium Natural Tan:

I've been using this tanner for years and drugstore.com is the only place I can still find it, as Loreal has moved on to fancier (read: more expensive) products.

It gives me a great, natural looking color. Not orange and not too dark. The only drawback is that it stings your eyes (bad) and if you have tanner on your entire body and backs of your hands it's very easy to get some in your eyes. For that reason I put it on before bedtime so I don't accidentally rub my eyes. Also for that reason I have darker sheets on my bed so I don't make a body-shaped tanner smudge.
