If you don't have dry skin, then use this product sparingly to avoid the greasy feeling. I have somewhat dry skin and I've never found this to feel too greasy. I get a very natural tan, though it seems to fade a bit unevenly. I love that it has sunscreen, and perhaps it's this ingredient that causes others to describe it greasy?? At least you've saved a step and protected your skin!! This is also the first product I've used that doesn't have that awful self-tanner smell!!

I have to agree with other users who said it goes on very wet and takes a long time to dry. That said, I still think it gives a very even tan, and I do not have any issues with the odor. (I've found that tanning products work and smell differently on different people, so you'll never know till you try one exactly how it is going to work for you.)

For me, the big plus with this tanner is the SPF15 sunblock. Because of the sunscreen, I like to use this stuff when I'm going to be out in the sun, at the beach or pool. I can still tan while being completely protected from the sun; it's the best of both worlds.

The rest of the time, I rely on the L'oreal quick-dry tanner, which does a great job for me.

Comments about L'Oreal Sublime Bronze Self-Tanning Lotion SPF 20, Medium Natural Tan:

This is great! It goes on with a little shimmer so you can see where you're putting it and it is never orange! If you make sure to keep your body moisturized it lasts quite a while!!(People who keep complaining with very pale skin need to mix part self-tanner with part regular lotion no matter what brand or they WILL be streaky and orange! And you have to exfoliate before you apply it and get the right shade for your natural skin tone. Self-tanner doesn't work right if you don't put it on right!)

Comments about L'Oreal Sublime Bronze Self-Tanning Lotion SPF 20, Medium Natural Tan:

When I used it for the first time, it took FOREVER to dry even though it states on the bottle that it dries quickly. I did get a somewhat even tan. I just figured that maybe I put too much on. S-O-O-O, I tried it again. I have now had it on for nearly one hour and it is still very greasy, and I am almost afraid to get dressed. I put less on this time, so that was not the problem. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Comments about L'Oreal Sublime Bronze Self-Tanning Lotion SPF 20, Medium Natural Tan:

I've been using this for at least a month. At first it wasn't too bad, but I found out that in order to keep it from fading at all you have to apply almost every day, instead of 1-2 times a week as it says. It seems to dry pretty quickly, but there's always at least one spot that needs touch up later on. The blotchiness when it starts to fade had happened many on my arms which is really frustrating. It doesn't tan your face well at all. At least not mine, I guess it's because of my other skin care products. Maybe an actual "for faces only" product will work better. For now, I just use a powdered bronzer which helps a lot. This morning my boys told me that I look orange and that was enough for me. I'll be wearing jeans AGAIN! And trying another tanner after this one is totally gone. Which reminds me, it seems to wash off too easy, like around your wrists and top of hands. Whatever -- it's just an ok product. Too bad.

This product gave me a natural-looking, streak-free tan. It doesn't smell as bad as most self-tanners and has a smooth, elegant texture that glides on easily. I also like the fact that it provides sun protection.

Save your money unless you want to come out looking like an Oompa Loompa. This has to be the worst self tanner I ever used. It has a very orange tone to it and when it begins to fade, it leaves all kinds of little blotches. It has been over a week since I used it and I look like I have a skin disorder. I'm going back to Neutrogena.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it is not idiot proof; I love the tanner when I use it right! :) This works well for very light skin and helps to give a healthy glow.

Comments about L'Oreal Sublime Bronze Self-Tanning Lotion SPF 20, Medium Natural Tan:

I first tried the light-medium one but I guess I am too medium to use it, however I have tried the deep one, and it really works! Since I am too light to be deep (and I suggest everybody does this), to avoid orange streaks I mix a tiny bit of the lotion with a single pump of normal unscented body lotion, and I do the same for my face with oil-free moisturizer. That way, it looks even (my face looks nice and dewy), and also gives me a nice, even sunless tan. I suggest you dont use this right after a shower or shaving though, because small orange bumps can appear. Also make sure you get the whole body, including the ears, near the nostrils, and the back and back of your neck. Overall, a really good buy and a great product.

I love this self tanner; the best of any product I have ever tried, and believe me I have tried numerous self tanners. It gives a very natural looking tan, lasts 4-5 days and does not smell bad like all the other ones I have used. I would highly recommend this tanner.

Comments about L'Oreal Sublime Bronze Self-Tanning Lotion SPF 20, Medium Natural Tan:

This was my first time using a self-tanning lotion. I think the product is good if you use it correctly. It can cause streaking if too much is applied in one area; so apply it evenly and gently. The tan did have a hint of orange, but I liked it much better than my paler skin. Great on legs and arms, but avoid elbows and knees as these areas already tend to be darker. The tan lasted about 3-4 days and did not look blotchy when fading away. I would recommend this item to a friend.

Comments about L'Oreal Sublime Bronze Self-Tanning Lotion SPF 20, Medium Natural Tan:

This is very bad. It is orange and streaky and you cannot tell where you have put it. I put some on and hours later could not see a difference. So I put more on. No difference. The next morning I was orange and streaky, and I had used lotion before. I was orange. I have very fair skin, but it did work well on my legs besides the BIG STREAKS!!! LISTEN TO ME PLEASE. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
