The color is great. But it was streaky and it made me look dirty in places I didn't apply it correctly. I will not be buying this again. I will stick to the lotions

This product is great in that it is fast and easy to use. Produces an even tan and you don't have to get into bed sticky! It dries more quickly than any of the sprays or lotions on the market. The smell is also pretty low-key for a self tanner. I would recommend these!

I just rub all over body and wait just a minute and it is dry and you are good for a few days. I put on twice a week sometimes.

I use the Tanning Gelee when I'm wanting a darker look because I'm going to CA or during the summer to have a bit darker 'tan'. Between 'major' tanning events I use the Self Tan Towelettes, which give just enough color to keep you looking like you've spent a little time at the beach. As we are entering fall and soon winter, I will continue to use the towelettes at least once or twice a week to keep the glow of summer tan alive, which I believe makes one look healthier. I fell in love with Sublime the first time I used it as it was the only tanner I have ever used that looked natural, not streaky or funny colored. As for anything not so great...haven't found it yet (thank goodness:)

I've been looking for a successful self-tanner since I have blonde hair and fair skin and could use a bit of a "summer glow". I was really hopeful when I read all of the great reviews, so I decided to give this product a go. After using it for a few weeks, it wasn't horrible, but the end result was somewhat disappointing. I thought it gave a natural, fast, glowing color (not orange). It felt light, had a pleasant suntan lotion scent, and an easy towelette application. However, even though I was extremely careful to apply it properly and evenly, I found that my legs turned out VERY streaky and splotchy. I tried multiple techniques, but the outcome was always the same. It was almost like areas didn't get covered even though I took my time to be thorough. Maybe it's b/c my skin is more taut/shiny on my legs, so the cloth sorta 'scraped' off the lotion during application?? Not sure. It seemed to go on fairly well on the rest of my body. Also, I noticed when it begins to fade, it gives your skin this freckley, grainy look which I didn't like. As for the drying time, it was VERY long. I don't mind standing buck naked in front of a fan for 30 minutes if it will give me a great even tan. But the end results just didn't justify the hassle. I'm sure it will work for some people, but it just didn't work out for me.

P.S. BEWARE! Even if you allow 1 hr to dry, if you scratch your skin (even lightly) or even perspire slightly in the next 3 hrs after application (for example, in the crux of your knee when they are bent), the product will "wash" off in that spot and will give you a splotchy blank area/streak.

Have tried the more expensive brands and these work just as well, if not better, and at a much better price. Some of the self tanners stink, but this product has a bit of a tanner smell but is pleasant and doesn't last long.
Nice color with one application. One towel does the whole body, including the face for a nice natural tan look.

Use twice a week; all over tan; used tanning beds 20 plus years; need to have pre-cancerous with cryosurgery frequently; my daughter is a physican who suggested tanning proucts - tried many - Sublime Bronze Self-Tanning Towelettes for Body (face/body) are the best I have found which do not streak; do not give the orange appeaance; nor the self-tanning look.
