Finally, on a whim I looked at my local grocery store (of all places) and finally found it in medium. I am very very pale, so I was hesitant to buy medium, but gave it a try. I LOVE this lotion. This summer I've tried soooo many, even other Loreal tanners, and this is amazing. I can only use the gradual kind apparently, because I'm so fair I need to build up an even base to have it look natural. This smells THE BEST of all (Jergens smell awful). This has a green tea smell (exactly like Garniers makeup removing cloths). It's runnier than a regular lotion, which I prefer because it's not as greasy and absorbs faster (under 30 min). You can only see the shimmer in the sunlight, and this gives me the most natural looking color (esp in bright sunlight- other tanners look orange). I'm VERY particular about how self tanner looks on my legs. If there's the slightest streak or funny color, I'll wear pants. This is a great product that doesn't streak (as the older version would if you weren't careful) but I wouldn't buy it to build a tan. This is definitely just a toner. I find the product difficult to find in my rural area, so it is great to order it from drugstore.com! The instructions on the product indicate that you should apply it after showering - and I think this would work (the scent is not bad, unlike many products...but there is still a slight scent). Instead, I put it on every morning, go for a run, and then shower awhile later. It is only thus on my body for about 4 hours per day, but I still have a lovely, even, natural glow all year round. Side note: for some reason, there are two different "versions" of this product. On one label, it says "New!"; on another, it says "Superior Scent". Luckily, drugstore.com sells the "Superior Scent" version; the lotion is thick. In contrast, the label that says "New!" that I have purchased in stores contains a lotion that is thin and runny. The natural color and illuminizer makes my skin look beautiful. I have fair skin and the sunless tanners with bronzers never look so natural. I used to tan at tanning salons, but the beds actually started breaking me out all over my chest with rashes so I decided to stop. I needed something to give me a natural-looking tan that I am so used to having every summer, so I turned to this after reading so many positive reviews. I totally agree with so many other users with how great this product works! It's a great overall product for anyone wanting a sunless tan that is completely natural-looking. I've never looked orange, and it seems to always apply evenly. I use this every day after I shower, and I continue to tan every day with it! I am ordering another one now! The color looks natural and it's easy to apply evenly. Of course, like most self tanners, it has a "tanner" scent, but I definitely think it's the least stinkiest that I've found.
