I tried this product as part of an unlabeled product trial, some time back. I remembered its distinctive shape, though, and when I saw this on drugstore.com, I bought it.
I love this stuff. It sprays a very fine mist that is part product and (I assume) part alcohol, judging by its smell. The alcohol dries off immediately, and the smell goes away with it. The mist itself doesn't have a scent that I can discern, once it's been applied. The product doesn't emit in a very narrow arc, so you want to use this before you have any clothing on. I use it every day, on my neck and any exposed chest/shoulder area, as I sit in direct sun, driving to and from work.
I spray it on, in the morning, and don't wait but a minute to put on my blouse. It has never stained and while it is a bit slippery when first applied, it really does dry up to where you don't realize you have it on. Spray too much on, though, and your body will glisten (a bit too much for work purposes), and you may find that you have to rub the excess product in.
Apply generously 15-30 minutes before sun exposure. Hold can 4-6 inches away from body and apply liberally, spraying slowly and evenly until product is visible on skin. Reapply after swimming, towel drying and excessive sweating. Do not apply in windy conditions. Children under 6 months of age: ask a doctor. Do not spray into face, spray on hands and apply to face.
