This eyeliner works well for me. It is easy to apply, once you get used to the applicator. The line is too wide if you begin at the inner eye, but if you begin at he center and move to the outer edge and then go back to the inner edge, it goes on with the correct thickness. The felt tip marker-like applicator is easy to use, but hard to control the volume on the tip unless I follow the above order of application.

I was having problems using the felt tip applicator, as it didn't get the exact thinness I wanted. I now use a brush applicator left over from another brand, and it works perfectly. For some reason everyone is making liquid eyeliner that is shiny with intense color. This is the only one I have been able to find in a brown, matte finish. Plus, I can't find it in the stores anymore. [...]

This is the only eyeliner that works for me. My eyes tend to water a lot and this stays on pretty good. Goes on smooth.

As a liquid eyeliner, it dries too quickly as you're applying it, making it difficult to get a consistent line from one corner or your eye to the other. The dark brown color is so intense it almost appears black.
I intended to use it for everyday, but will probably only use it at night, if at all.
