I'm on my second bottle of both of these products and really do love them. Before: hair was dry, unmanageable, lifeless. Now it's glossy, bouncy, healthy. I color my hair on a monthy basis and my hair hasn't felt this nice in a very long time. Another plus is the lovely, subtle fragrance. Not overwhelming like many of L'Oreal's products. I'd recommend this for anyone with normal, colored hair.

I have a full head of highlights and this conditioner doesn't provide enough conditioning. My hair gets really frizzy and fly away when I use this (and the shampoo).

I don't know what the person below is referring to because I've been using this product for a week now along with the shampoo and my hair has never felt better. I've been highlighting my hair since the late 1990's and needless to say it needs some TLC. I alternate this with L'Oreal's other line of Kerastase products and my hair feels great.

This conditioner made my hair look and feel truly horrible. It made my hair look frizzy and poufy. I could never get my hair completely smooth. I used it for a few weeks, but I will never use it again! It does not rinse well, so my hair felt a little tacky. This stuff is truly awful. I would like to give it no stars because I walked around with poufy hair for weeks because of this stuff!
