The latest reject was CoverGirls' LashBlast. LashBLast doesn't match Voluminous at all by a longshot. There's nothing that builds up my lashes and makes them as full as Voluminous. Otherwise, I would NOT recommend this mascara to those wanting a subtle, yet noticeable boost to your natural lashes. With other types of mascaras, I would curl my lashes BEFORE application. Yet, with this one, I not only have to curl before, but also after because the mascara seems to weigh my lashes down, diminishing the curl. This causes my lashes to clump and flake. I am often frustrated and embarrassed by how they turn out after using this product. I would not buy this again, and it is definitely NOT worth the price!! I recently tried Revlon Lashblast after seeing a TV ad with Drew Barrymore. I was disappointed in Lashblast. The brush is plastic and doesn't brush the mascara nicely onto the lashes, and I used Lashblast every a.m. for a month and it would always come off by the afternoon. So back I came to L'Oreal Voluminous and boy am I happy again!!! Pros
