This is such a great mascara. I have tried several brands but this is long lasting and the only one I will purchase anymore. You will be amazed at the difference you see when you use L'Oreal.

It applies easily and the brush is fine, but I felt like I had to apply over and over and over to get the volume and length I want. LOreal has other products that work better for that.

I have very sensitive eyes, and had given up wearing mascara because they all seemed to burn my eyes. With this product, I have finally found a great mascara that I can wear!! The brush comes out with just the right amount of mascara, and it applies easily without clumps. I only applied one coat, just to be sure, but it covered, even with that small amount. It stayed put all day, and didn't irritate my eyes.

when i opened this mascara, the brush was so loaded with product that i couldn't tell it had bristles. there was no way to remove any of the mascara from the brush. even stroking it onto a sponge helped minimally. it's gloppy, hard to control and a huge disappointment. maybe i got a bad tube, but i won't be buying this again!

The best mascara ever made. It has a higher quality than Department Store brands.

I finally found a great maskara. It does everything it said it would. I love this stuff!

Love how this builds volume without making my lashes glue together. Another reviewer suggested tissue to wipe the wand, don't think I'd do that. I just lean the wand to one side as I pull it from the tube - that way its got more mascara on one side and on the other a cleaner brush for separating the lashes easily. Sometimes it takes a comb to get the lashes evenly fanned out.
I like this color and use Black for nights out. Never smudges on me or flakes off, but it does take a waterproof mascara remover to take it off completely. It also doesn't have that petroleum smell that waterproof mascaras can have.

I thought this would be great but it was only good for the first few hours until it started to smudge. I was really bummed. But there are others that are better. I like Max.

I've used Lancome Defencils Waterproof for years, but when the NYT article about saving $ on cosmetics came out awhile back, I decided to give this a try. It's really very good--at least as good as the Lancome product. Much easier to order online, too!
