I was told recently by my aesthetician that my skin was in excellent condition and should consider using a BB tinted moisturizer instead of the usual foundation I used because I don't need the heavier coverage. I've heard lots of good things about BB cream and have always appreciated Loreal Youth Code line so I tried this one. I really like the look a lot and it goes on very easily and looks natural & dewy. The medium shade is a bit darker than I would expect, but I will be okay with that but not everyone will. The only other issue is one that I read about, and that's the smell. It's not a nice fragrance unfortunately and don't know what's driving it. To me, not overwhelming and I suspect I'll get used to it, but they should consider trying to fix it. I will be buying it again.
In my opinion the Light color was too dark for my skin tone. I garee they should affer more colors. Also, it goes on a bit heavy and shiny. I also didn't notice any skin improvement with this product. If you are looking for a good BB Cream I highly recommend the Loreal Studio Secrets Magic BB cream. It is wonderful, but I would recommend using along with a light moisturizer.
Slightly greasy - best for light coverage on those casual days. This product should come in 3 colors: light, medium and dark. The 'medium' is actually too dark for my medium skin tone, while the 'light' is way too light.
It's just a tinted moisturizer and an overpriced one,too. I got a sample of this from a nice SA in the store, the medium color. While the color matches my skin, it turned greasy after a couple of hours. I will stick to my Maybelline BB cream, another tinted moisturizer, but cheaper and comes with more colors. If you have dry/normal skin this will work for you.
Apply dialy to clean skin in the AM. For optimal resluts, use with Serum corrector to improves skin tone and luminosity. For sunscreen use:
Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure
Reapply at least every 2 hours
Use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating
Sun protection measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including:
Limit time in the sun, especially form 10 am to 2 pm
Wear long sleeved shirts, pants, hats and sunglasses
Children under 6 months of age: Ask a doctor
