I use this every other day on my very dry, extremely curly longer hair. The first time I used it I noticed an immediate difference after air-drying; my hair wasn't as frizzy as it usually is. I love that it contains healthy ingredients for my hair, smells great, and doesn't strip my haircolor. In the past most shampoos have been too harsh for my dry, curly hair, but this one rocks! I will continue to buy this and use it.
