My skin is extremely dry and becomes more so in the winter. I've tried numerous lotions over the past year, but none was as effective as this one. I just apply it twice daily and I've experienced no dryness. I especially like its soft, sweet fragrance. The price is also reasonable, and at this price I've NOT found a single lotion that has proved to be better than this one. It's my favorite and I will definitely make it my permanent lotion. Five minutes after applying it, I felt sticky and very shiny, as if the product was sitting on top of my skin. However, it must've eventually sunk in because it was a very moisturizing lotion. Comments about Lubriderm Advanced Therapy Lotion, Advanced Therapy, 16 fl oz: On days when the humidity is low but the air is very dry, this lotion helps to keep skin supple and moisturized. An application usually lasts several hours on cold days when moisture is needed. I do find that the other product from this same brand maker preforms a little better than this on.

With all that handwashing my hands get very dry, and the skin around my fingers crack.
