I have super dry skin, plus eczema on my hands. So many lotions are useless for me, or worse - they inflame my eczema. This lotion is wonderful for everyday after-shower use on the body, plus as a general hand lotion. I also use it to moisturize my feet before bed. It doesn't leave a greasy feel (greasiness is actually a sign of an effective lotion) and it doesn't disappear within a minute, leaving me feeling like I never used it at all. My skin is very happy - dryness and itchiness gone, and no irritation. Skin stays happy all day.

I suffer from period, extreme outbreaks of eczema all over my body- mainly my back and thighs- I tried EVERYTHING- I couldn't stop itching, I was essentially bathing in oil and water and avoiding anything with fragrance, and putting on St.Ives "intense healing" lotion 2-3 times a day, nothing helped. After using this for 4 days, once a day right after my shower, my skin is almost completely back to normal.
It's very thick and it doesn't smell that great- but it does the job in a way that nothing else I tried does (and I have tried about everything affordable over the years)- it really stops your itching and gives you a chance to sleep, and your skin a chance to heal.
I would not recommend this if you just have regular, slightly dry skin- you probably won't like this, it's too thick- but if you are really suffering from severe itchy, dry skin, it's the perfect solution

I have very dry, itchy skin both in winter and in summer from air conditioning. This lotion deeply moisturizes and prevents itching. It really does what it claims to do! I use it over my whole body. It doesn't have any kind of scent, doesn't come off on your clothes and lasts all day. Trouble is, I cannot find it locally. But as long as I can get it at Drugstore.com I will be happy. I hope they never stop making this lotion! Thank you, Drugstore!

After the first use my skin felt relief. After the second and third use my skin was repaired. I recently moved to the Midwest from California and my skin was dry, itchy, red, and scaley from my first real winter. I also have patches of eczema behind my knees and on my elbows - exagerated by the harsh dry winter - that was relieved and cleared up within a week of consistent use of the Lubriderm. The lotion is not greasy and absorbs well; not smell. I very appreciate this product!

After years of frustration and searching, I'm 52, I have found the solution!! I have eczema on my hands, knuckles and fingers very dark, dry and itchy. I used perscription creams, other dermotologist reccommended creams and lotions nothing worked. I have used other Lubriderm products previously but this one started clearing my hands after one use. I can now hold my hands out proudly. I have since stocked up for fear they will stop making it. Please don't stop, I highly reccommend this for everyone especially with skin problems.

My daughter started to have small spots of eczema around 18 months. I tried a lot of things and heard that this would help. I was so distraught, as her eczema was just getting worse and showing up everywhere. I thought we would have to live with this. I started using an oatmeal bath at first and applying the lotion after that. I also switched my sunblock to something more natural. Now we apply this every night after bath. It only took 4 to 5 days to clear up the skin and now she has no skin issues at all. Just apply lotion as maintenance. Highly recommend trying this.

I have been using this for two months now. I live in Las Vegas and the dryness here in late summer triggers my eczema. This is the only lotion I have found that has helped. I apply it every morning and in the evenings if needed as well as after showering or swimming. Don't over apply or it may feel greasy. Wherever I may have a prickle during the day, I use Hydrocortisone for spot itches. This lotion has kept the itching to a minimum with days of no itching at all! It really forms a barrier of protection on the skin. I'm donating all the other brands I bought that did nothing!
