I really wanted to like these Lunapads, however, after 6 months of continuous use I can genuinely say that these are NOT the best around. I don't mind these for moderate or very light days (the flannel is generally comfy), but anything even close to heavy and these should not be used! Every time I have used these they have leaked straight through and made a mess. I use a very reliable seller on etsy and I am quite satisfied with her service and her products.

My periods are moderate flow and I have been happy with the product. The intro kit is great to start off with because of the variety of product. The price on this website was the best price I could find- granted they are different patterns and colors I don't mind since the price was so good. These seem bulkier than the thin pads I used but they are much more comfortable against the skin- doesnt cause uncomfortable moist feeling. Will continue to use this product.

If you are environmentally conscious - and everyone should be - this is a great alternative to the pads and pantiliners you've been using. Start with this intro kit and get all the sizes you need. Just throw them in the wash - I like to use a lingerie bag - and they can be re-used next time. Combine them with the Diva Cup for maximum protection.

Luna pads & the Diva cup are the way to go!! I have been using Luna pad products for a while now. I purchased my Luna pads & Diva cup from the Luna pad website they have a better selection of colors & patterns plus other products. The ladies are very helpful. I travel a lot & am an active person. I will where my Luna pads on a hike & have no worries. If I am doing water sports I use the Diva cup. I have to wear a panty liner everyday (after having my girl if I sneeze I piddle) the Luna liner works great & saves me a lot of $ plus I know I am saving the earth from useless waste. Luna pads clean up very nicely. The Luna pad company has a nice Luna bag that I use to care both clean & dirty Luna pads while I travel & work. I hope you give them a try. =)

I came upon these and the divacup when poking around on drugstore.com...did some additional research, and ended up ordering some right away. I am committed to being environmentally responsible, and hadn't realized the horrible impact disposable feminine care products have on our planet.

Lunapads are soft and look nice. They stay put and absorb well. When I used disposable pads, I would often get these strange, uncomfortable pain in my delicate area every month, without fail. With the Lunapads, that pain has stopped.

These feel a little thicker, but only because I am used to wearing the ultra thin disposable pantiliners with tampons, so I'm used to not feeling anything at all. With the thinnest lunapad liner, i still feel something, but it is soft against my body.

With these I feel comfortable and secure. They don't make noise like disposable pads do, and there is nothing that will stick to my skin (ouch).

Rinsing and washing them isn't nearly as gross as it sounds. The stains wash out well.

I highly recommend these. You will save so much money over the years with Lunapads, and you'll be helping mother earth! I wish all women would switch over to these.

I was on drugstore.com to buy disposable maxi pads, then bought these on a whim after reading a few glowing reviews. I am so pleased with how comfortable these are. They are very well made also. I'm buying more right now! And I'm never going back to the plasticky, uncomfortable, rustle-y disposable maxis!

I love these pads. I realized I don't hate my period, I just hated the products I was using before. These are so comfy, easy to clean, way more absorbent than disposable pads. The other pads always leaked for I don't know what reason. And these pads are chemical free..which means less cramps and non irritated bits.

I love my Lunapads! They are so soft and comfortable. They wick all the uncomfortable moisture away from your body. I haven't had any problems with leakage at all since I started using them. The occasions when I am caught by surprise, and have to use a disposable pad instead, they are so unpleasant that I now carry an extra Lunapad all the time, just in case.

EEEEK! One of the most unpleasant things I have ever tried, and I have no idea why I even did, I can't stand any kind of pads. Maybe if there was absolutely nothing else in the world... I'll stick to my favorite brand of tampons!! :(
