I bought this hoping to whiten up my teeth for cheaper than the dentist's office. I just have a little yellow teeth, but nothing extreme. I bought this and used it and found that the wash stings my gums. I then read the bottle to realize this IS NOT to be used if you have sensitive/receding gums. I have receding gums, hence why this does not work for me. It just hurts my gums after using.
The smaller bottle applicator though does hurt my actual teeth when applying. Which may just be because my teeth may or may not be sensitive, I don't know. Just a heads up.
I don't use the mouth wash, but occasionally I will use the small bottle applicator and it seems to work. If you didn't have sensitive gums.

It doesn't take long to whiten.
I use it once a month.
I use it only five times a treatment because it burns lips and gums.

This product is amazing!!! I've used several products that did not work.I passed this one up on the shelf lots of times, thinking that the name brand whitners would do the job, boy was I wrong. I've spent lots of money trying to get my teeth white, including dentist office whitening that was very expensive. Thank you, Thank you!!!!

I bought this for my husband who was a smoker for a long time! He and I both have seen a big difference the only thing he says is that it makes his teeth sensitive!

I loved this product because it can be used as a refill for the Luster One Hour Kit. I did not want to buy another forty dollar kit so I was excited to see that the weekend kit stuff can be used with the light you get in the One Hour Kit. For that reason this is a great value! I wish the company would somehow advertise this as being the case. In short this product turned my yellow coffee stained teeth to close to really white(not completely white) but close enough.
