I thought we could start using a cheaper diaper hoping it would make her want to use the potty. They do the job but compared to huggies or pampers they are very soggy feeling when wet. It feels like there is a very thin layer of material between your hand and the pee pee when you change it. She is starting to potty train a little ( she complains when she is wet now) I don't know if that is just because she is getting older or if it is because she doesn't like the way the soggy diapers feel but either way it seems to be working. They are so economical, yet do the job terrifically. We have had issues with name-brand diapers, feeling wet on the outside and leaking. Luvs keep everything in, and for the money, there is just no comparison. To try to save money with a less expensive diaper usually just means doing more laundry, but with Luvs this is not the case. Luvs delivers!! Love them! Pros

I usually have always switched my kids over to Luvs after about a month after born, becuase I think at those times they did not have the smaller sizes as they do now - quality is very good to me, and I really like that the diaper is not thick and stiff like some of the others! My children used to wear the truly expensive diapers because I thought that if you paid more you'd get more out of diapers but due to a rash, I had to downgrade and I used many brands until I went all the way down to these and I can't believe I used to spend tons of money on diapers when these do the job just fine. I always recommend them to all the new Mommys. Pros
