I like the auto dispenser but not the soap options.
Tried several of the soap fragrances and don't like any of them (they're too fragrant; I prefer a milder smell, if any smell at all).
Works well, comes with batteries, which is nice.
Has an on/off switch in the back for when you remove the soap cartridge to refill it.
The refill cartridges are very expensive, so I searched on YouTube for tips on how to refill the cartridges with a less expensive "bulk" soap.
I prefer a less concentrated soap than the Lysol brand because the portions it dispenses are too generous.

Was in love with this product. Just wish that it would have dispensed half as much soap and wouldn't have broken.....wasted a lot of soap when the dispenser would not shut off.

Use everyday every time in the bathroom and kitchen. It's good-looking and space-saving!

Hope the amount of the soap would be adjustable or smaller amount though.

I use it in the kitchen and it is just so much easier than a pump.

Love the concept of no-touch, however, the product dispenses too much. I could do with half of what it dispenses. Would rate it a 5 if I could control the amount. I think a quarter-size amount is sufficient, but I get 3x that amount if not more. The green tea/ginger has a wonderful scent, not too overpowering.

Bought 2 pumps, expensive, and they both broke after 2 weeks. So mad about this item. Dont waste your money!

I have it in bathroom but would also like to have one in kitchen but afraid it would be activated too often because to where I would have to place it.

Very difficult to open packaging but so far worth it. We had tried one other $40.00 auto soap dispenser...it lasted 9 days before breaking down. The Lysol dispenser is simple looking but works nicely in our bathrooms...we purchased two of them. Everyone enjoys the light, fresh scent of the cucumber scented soap.
