I was all excited when my mother-in-law gave this to us as a little gift. I love the idea of an automatic soap dispenser. It worked great for about 4 days, then things started going south. It would just start dispensing soap on a regular basis for absolutely no reason at all. This went on for about 3 days. Then the low battery indicator came on. I was thinking, "great! I guess it acts erratically when the batteries are low!" I replaced the batteries with new alkalines. We were back in business (dramatic pause) for about four more days. The thing drained the brand new batteries I had just put in it four days ago and the low battery light started blinking again. It is in the trash now. What a useless piece of garbage. Needles to say, I have a full bottle of soap I need to break open so I can pour it in my old fashioned dispenser to use. Save your money and do not buy this particular product from Lysol.

Thank goodness for no more messy container sitting on the counter. This product is easy to use, clean, and efficient. It is terrific!

It is easy to use, you can wash your hand just by waving it. It make your hands smell good too.

Thought this would help the children use less soap. It dispenses way too much for a single use. The refills are also costly. I would not purchase again.

This is the greatest idea to be introduced in a long time. Makes total sense not to have to touch the top of a pump-type dispenser.Am totally satisfied.
The only con: difficult to open initial package.
