After rinsing my face with water, I used this product. It didn't remove my foundation. I had to follow up with my Aveeno facial pads.
Now, I still use the product but wash my face first w/ Aveeno & then use it 2nd.

Not quite what I expected from the product, especially with it being more expensive than others.

This product works wo well that when combined with the rejuvinator at night, I don't need to use a moisturizer! I just apply the MD Forte moisturizer in the AM, after cleansing.

Many years ago a dermatologist recommended this product along with about three other M.D. Forte products. Out of desperation, I revisited the product line (just the cleanser) about a year ago. To my surprise, the daily cleanser along with a light weight moisturizer is enough to keep my skin clear and exfoliated. I have no more redness or irritation. I am very happy with this product.

I have been told on numerous occasions that I don't look my age. I recently went to a p,astir surgeon for a consult and the office staff could not believe I was 54. I can tell you that a lot of this credit goes to the MD Forte and my Clarisonic brush in combo. Both help to exfoliate, leaving the skin glowing and soft. But it is gentle enough for my sensitive, thin skin. I would highly recommend this product.

I massage the product into my skin for about a minute and then rinse off. I don't like to use a wash cloth and don't see the need to. I will probably purchase a Olay Pro X brush to use in conjuction. I used this product a day after I had microderm abrasion and did not experience any irritation what so ever.

I purchased this cleanser weeks back and not from drugstore.com; I have fallen deeply inlove with it! I NEVER in a million years would've thought a simple cleanser would help me with my acne, uneven skintone, and dull complextion. I feel so much more confident around my time of month because I know this cleanser will help keep my acne at bay around that time. Also, it leaves me skin perfectly refined, like i had a facial at a spa. This means my mineral makeup goes over my skin perfectly. I can't say enough, I highly recommend.

Initially I thought the soap was a bit greasy, but since I started using this product twice a day I have not had a single breakout, my overall skin tone is evened out significantly, and my old acne dark spots are starting to fade! I also use the MD Forte eye serum both around my eyes and a little bit all-over my face as a treatment serum at night and I don't think I'll ever use anything else! It has been almost 4 weeks and people are actually commenting on the improvement because it's pretty significant. Amazing.

I have combination skin w/ a tendency to break out. I am also concerned about preventing wrinkles and improving my skin's texture as I am in my mid-thirties and wasn't very good to my skin when I was young. My dermatologist recommended this to me and I love it! I have tried a bunch of other cleansers - mostly OTC and also Clinique, but this is worth it to me. I would say that the biggest benefits that I have noticed is better skin texture and I don't get breakouts. I have used the MD Forte Skin Rejuvenation Lotion afterwards in the past, but it didn't seem to moisturize enough. Now I use Neutrogena Oil Free Combination Skin lotion afterwards during the summer, and Neutrogena Oil Free Sensitive Skin during the winter when I need more hydration. That said I would like to have a night time moisturizer with glycolic acid, so I just purchased the MD Forte Level I Face Cream to try. Oh, my derm also recommended using a mild soap before using the MD Forte. I would imagine this is so the MD Forte can really penetrate the skin when you wash. Although the double wash was tough to get used to at first, it's an old habit now. And believe me, I like to look good, but I hate extra work that doesn't seem worth it. The double wash does seem to make this product more effective.

this i use this in my skin care regimen as my morning cleanser and its abslutely great, my skin a a soft as a babys again. i have mild acne and have some scaring so the glycolic acid helps alot, i used to use proactiv which was good but then its began to be way to harsh and my skin started looking older, my skin was uneven, rough and dry and im only 19 so my freinds recommended MD forte cleansers she actually has each of them lol. so i gave it a try and its awsome,. this cleanser is like a puting lotion on your face so some may not like it, but honestly who cares as long as its cleans ands it makes ur skin better!

My dermatologist recommended this stuff to me about 8 years ago and I've been hooked ever since. This is not a makeup remover or face wash in the normal sense. It's basically a mild acid treatment to promote skin cell turnover. I use other stuff to remove my makeup first, then rub this all over my face and let it sit for a minute to do its magic. It does sting a little if your skin is already too dry or if, for example, you just finished microdermabrasion. But it WORKS and it helps skin tone, texture, acne, and fine lines and wrinkles. I'll never be without it.
