Although the directions state to use levels 1 and 2 before using level 3, I immediately started using level 3 without any problems. Now, my skin is not sensitive at all. So, if your skin is sensitive, I would start with a level 1. This cream is wonderful. It makes my skin glow, evens out the tone, and reduces pore size. I haven't used the product long enough to see any wrinkle reduction, but I am hoping to see noticeable improvement within six weeks of use. Also, I am a bit acne prone and have not had a reaction of pimples or blackheads at all.

I'm 46 and have been using this product starting from the first cream working up to this one for almost a year and love it. People ask me what I use because they don't believe my age. I use this every night and apply D.M.A.E. gel over it after it has dried. Also you should put on a moisturizer night and day. I use Olay moisturizers.

I'm pushing 60 and have been using this or its sister product, MD Formulations, since the mid-90s. The results have been so good that I regularly get compliments on my skin. Frankly, it's been such a success for me that I'm scared to try anything else! Apply a thin layer on face and neck evenings after cleansing, and let it do its magic while your skin does its nighttime regeneration thing. Then in the morning, give those fresh skin cells a boost with a product packed with antioxidants and finally protect with a 45 SPF moisturizer. That's great teamwork. Be aware: You MUST use a very good sunscreen that blocks UVA and UVB rays. I mean really, think about it: You've spent that time, effort and money to support your skin; do you really want to undermine that good work by exposing it to sun damage? I don't think so! :-)
