Tray is not nearly as rigid as it should be. The top panal is very thin. I would not trust it to hold any kind of food, or liquid. It is also not tall or wide enough for me. Also you have no control over what color you get. It pictures blue, I received green. I'm using it for my toddler in the bath tub. It's OK for that. It might be good traveling, using it as a back seat table, for coloring or what not.
Botton Line, OK for some uses, but not a good bed table.
