i was getting ear infections every couple of months, so i stopped washing my hair everyday. the problem w/this is if i go more than 3 days w/out washing my hair i get major headaches that dont stop till i do... dont know why this is but it is. once i got these i was washing my hair again. they dont feel that bad in the ear but i dont like things in my ear, earbuds included. these really helped me out & theyre reusable n super easy to clean!

My wife uses them every time I take a shower. They stay in her ear and work great. She has no earwax and am prone to severe ear infections if she gets water in my ear. She keeps sets home, at the hairdressers and in her suitcase for traveling.

I got these for my boyfriend to keep water out of his ears in the shower and swimming. He said they are better than any other that he's used but that they didn't completely keep the water out. They do stay in very well though.

We use these ear plugs every time we swim and I use them every time that I wash my hair because I am not allowed to get any water in my ears for medical reasons. We were very happy to find these ear plugs on drugstore.com - we had checked our local stores and could not find what we were looking for.

i started surfing and would have waves crash on me. i would get - what seemed like gallons of water - in my ear. i didn't think it would be safe to continue getting all that water in the ear (at least it would be annoying) so i bought these. they totally work. regardless of how the waves crash, they don't push into my ear to the point i can't get it out, and i don't have the swimmers ear (having to stand on one leg and hop around to get it out). it totally works great.

Tried the puddy style, and another style specific for swimming, and no good. These were the first pair that both did the job and did not hurt my ear. I swim daily and have been extremely happy with this brand and will look no further. It takes a couple of attempts to find the right fit but, with practice, it comes naturally...much like my swimming! I have had zero water leaks with these and the only problem I have encountered has been inserting them a little too deep thus causing discomfort in my inner ear. These are very very soft from tip to tip. Other brands of this same style had flanges that were too stiff for my personal preference and hurt my ear. I swim 2000 plus meters, flip turn, sprints, etc. and have yet to have them fall out. Can't say enough good about 'em.

I echo that these are difficult to fit. I got them to replace my previous swimming earplugs that were discontinued. I cannot get these new ones to form a good seal. I regularly wear earplugs for swimming and for noise protection, so I'm familar with how to insert them. I find the material these are made of is too flexible and prevents them from being fit well.

All I can say is they work...Husband used to get chronic ear infections from surfing, not anymore.
