I use this mask to help keep my eyes from drying out overnight. I tend to open my eyes during sleep. This mask is better than most, because it does not squeeze your eyes or mash your eyelashes flat. In fact, it does not touch your eyes. It keeps out most light and air, which is helpful for sleep and for dry eye. If you have dry eye, instill drops and/or ointment and then put on this mask for the night. Depending on the shape of your nose bridge, you may notice that this mask gaps a bit, but adjusting the strap tightness and position against your head will help. The one thing I predict, though, is that the straps will wear out quickly. They are thin. Good thing this mask is inexpensive!

Completely opaque, nicely contoured, very cheap. Seems more durable than the last one I had. What's not to like?

Note to drugstore.com: this is a simple piece of cloth with straps. It does not have speakers. You should change the category of product this review comes under.

I ordered this bc my husband wakes up during the week much earlier than I for gym & work.. I sleep as long as the kids will let me especially bc of my insomnia which gets in my way of good nights sleeps. I do not particularly use the earplugs bc when I first put them in I heard that hard to describe beeeppp noise that comes & goes but is annoying. I dont know if this was because I was jamming something in my ear or maybe it went too far or what but like I said I am a mom so regardless I have to get up when the little ones get up (usually 8ish) & plus I'd imagine most nights if I was to use the ear plug theyd prolly fall out bc I move around constantly. As far as the mask it is like most people say not sufficient to block out most light.. The part where its supposed to go around the top of your nose does let in light so it needs improvement, while it is pretty comfortable & I am able to keep it on most nights I have had a few nights where it has come off or slidden down/up.. If I was to make it tighter than my hair would get pulled by it.. its ok but I will go for a pillow type one next time so that the light is less likely to get in.

For me this is the perfect sleep mask because I sleep with my boyfriend. He likes to stay up later than I do reading, so I needed something to block the light out so I could get some rest. This mask perfectly conforms to your face and the two adjustable straps make it very easy to get a comfortable fit.

product does its job but it's true like alot of folks say that the part that rests on the nose does not stay in place, therefor light is not completely left out but it covers up well enough to where when you close your eyes, it doesn't prevent me from falling asleep. Haven't had to wash it yet but the straps may seem a little on the flimsy side, but at least it's not tight around the head. Product does serve it's purpose so I am satisfied with it.
