I'm a heavy sleeper but my husband snores. I've used foam earplugs but wanted to try these to change it up. They're great. I've used them for about three weeks. They are comfortable, don't fall out, and block enough sound so I can get to sleep but still hear my alarm.

i almost broke my ears
checking all the reviews and decided to get these plugs. first of all it is very difficult to use, may be because my ears are small , also followed the instructions and tried to apply to my ear and i almost broke my ear, can you believe it? i tried different ways to use them but no success. seems like it is for guys only plugs.

I tried it the first night, it was okay it hurts a little because the wax is a little lage for my ears so it covers a good portion of my ears, but after about ten minutes I was able ti put them on. I didn't hear a thing and they stayed in.

I wear one of these in one ear when playing with my rock band. They enable me to hear my voice better for harmonies, while also blocking out some loudness. I've tried several brands and these do the best job.

All went well...mission accomplished! I simply wore my Mack's earplugs all the way to Africa and back...I wore the earplugs to bed while in Tanzania too and gladly missed the natives wake-up call which reportedly startled the rest of team from their sleep.
