I use these to block out noise from neighbors when I am trying to sleep. They are very effective and easy to use. The price is also good so you are able to change them frequently if ear wax builds up on them.

Very easy to use, pretty comfortable as long as you ut them in just far enough, but that's easy to do. The only issue for me is it doesn't cut out my husband's snoring 100%. But then again, you can hear him from the other side of the house! While there may be no perfect earplug for that, Mack's Ultra SafeSound Earplugs work better than any other I've tried.

I thought getting cheaper earplugs means compromise in quality, but to my surprise, that was not the case with these ones. They really work! Now my neighbors can enjoy their TV and music at night without me banging on their door in my pajamas.

Work well for me, some brands are uncomfortable while these are just right. Probably depends on the size of your ears though!

I use these every night to sleep. I am next to a busy street with lots of noise. I am sleeping much better at night thanks to these earplugs.

I use it for sleeping, as noise from neighbors bothers me.
I would like it to block out even more noise. I can still hear stuff when wearing these earplugs, but this is the highest decibel earplugs i could find.

I have a lot of problems falling asleep and I have been sleeping with earplugs for over a decade. I've tried many different brands and these are simply the most effective at keeping out sound and the most comfortable. These are so effective that I am considering using a less effective brand because I constantly sleep through my alarm! One gripe about them though is that they hold dirt easily. I have had ear infections due to dirty earplugs, so I am now very paranoid about the cleanliness of my earplugs; if I see even a little dirt on them, I toss them and use a new pair. In my experience, it seems that the softer and more comfortable earplugs are, the easier dirt tends to stick. The hard rough ones don't hold at all. But even though these are super soft and comfortable, they don't hold dirt as much as some other soft earplugs I've used (although it could be that I'm taking better care of my earplugs than I used to). The best thing to do is make sure they're set in your ear before you sleep, so they don't fall out, and when you''re done with them, put them in a clean place like a baggy, container, or bowl.
