I actually couldnt finish with it. I normally use a beard trimmer. I expected this to have a similiar cutting head. It does not. As long as you keep up you grooming this item should be bearable. I guess I want a little more than that out of a product. The shaver was very easy to use and I was able to reach all areas of my back. It took me about 8-10 minutes to do everything. I also liked how I was able to fold the product to a compact size and bring it with me on my trip. I really want to keep my back hair a private issue and this product really does the job well. I received this as a gift and really didn't know if I would use it at first. Anyhow, I ended up trying it out and I can't understand why I didn't know about this shaver sooner - awesome! The best part (and weirdest part) is that I can finally feel my shirts against the skin on my back again. Hooray! And I actually feel thinner! This product is horrible. The product doesnt work. I was able to use it once because it is so cheaply made, it wouldnt power on again. Right out of the box it made a rattling noise and the product wasnt even assembled correctly.
