I tried this actually out of a department store the first time-I have tried many different products and was at the time trying the Matrix smoothing system. This seems to work as well or even better and is about 1/2 the cost. The smell is nice and light-I have purchased it numerous time-sometimes I do still like to try others but always seem to come back to this-I like products that are efficient but don't like to spend $20.00 for a bottle of conditioner. Not sure how this would work on someone with coarse hair (mine is fine in texture but not thin). Would recommend anyone who likes the simple straight styles.

I have very curly hair and usually use a straightener after showering to make my hair wavy or straight. I use this conditioner with the Simpky Straight shampoo, and they've worked much better than any other "straightening" shampoos/conditioners. My hair blowdries straight when I use it, or else dries wavy and is super easy to straighten.

The only thing I don't like about this product is that it makes my hair lose ALL of its volume. However, the frizz level has definitely gone down. I live in a really humid city and my hair usually gets frizzy after being outside for ten minutes unless I use a ton of product. My hair has stayed much less frizzy since using this conditioner & the matching shampoo, and I haven't been using nearly as much product after showering.

Also, I usually use moisturizing shampoo or conditioner to keep my hair soft, but after using this conditioner and then a straightener, my hair feels a little drier than usual. I would recommend using a leave-in conditioner in addition to this product.

Both shampoo and conditioner worked well for me.
It makes your hair straighter. Took a longer time to blow dry thatn usual.
After drying, the hair looked very healthy and felt very smooth to touch, too.
