I thought that this product with the shampoo and conditioner plus the straightens cream would make my hair less curly. Well it was a WAIST of money.
The cream after I used and my hair dried up it started creating flakes when I comb it that looked like if snowed in my hair. The smell is not that great. I was very disappointed. The Matrix shampoo sleek series is 1 million times better.
I was looking for something new since I have been using Matrix for the past 4 years. If any of you guys have any suggestions of a GOOD and RELIABLE Shampoo and conditioner that will help straight out curly hair(does not need to be Japanese style straight type) and leave it more manageable. I would appreciate the feedback. My hair is short and I'm letting it grow and as it grows it becomes more curly and hard to manage.

It did give me some control over my wavy-curly hair and you cant beat the price, but the conditioner I ordered did not come wrapped in plastic or with tape over the top. The cover is a pop up cover--I really wish the company would tape over the cover when boxing it.

I have very curly hair and usually use a straightener after showering to make my hair wavy or straight. I use this shampoo with the Simpky Straight conditioner, and they've worked much better than any other "straightening" shampoos/conditioners. My hair blowdries straight when I use it, or else dries wavy and is super easy to straighten.

The only thing I don't like about this product is that it makes my hair lose ALL of its volume. However, the frizz level has definitely gone down. I live in a really humid city and my hair usually gets frizzy after being outside for ten minutes unless I use a ton of product. My hair has stayed much less frizzy since using this shampoo & the matching conditioner, and I haven't beenusing nearly as uch product after showering.

Also, I usually use moisturizing shampoo to keep my hair soft, but after using this shampoo and then a straightener, my hair feels a little drier than usual. I would recommend using a leave-in conditioner in addition to this shampoo and the Simply Straight conditioner.

I have wavy hair and I tried this shampoo, along with the straightening cream, hoping to get straighter hair. The shampoo did keep my hair from poofing/getting frizzy, but definitely did not straighten it. It smelled nice and felt nice, but didn't do much for straightening. I am a big fan of Marc's products though!

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! The best shampoo I have ever used. I have very dry hair from blow drying and straightening every day. I decided to try this. WOW! I am so glad I did. I use this shampoo and the conditioner, and how soft, silky and smooth my hair is. I also use the Color Extender Drops because I color my hair. I must have had over 15 bottles of shampoo on my rack in the shower. I took them all down and only have this one with the conditioner in there. Thank you Marc Anthony for such a fabulous product and most of all, I have beautiful hair again!

This product has given my hair moisture, and eliminates most of the frizz, I wear my hair curly not pin straight, and sometimes wavy with curls. I like the scent, light not overbearing or parfum-like. For me I have sensitive skin so fragrance is always an issue, and with this thus far I have had no irritation on my face, neck or shoulders, so I am pleased. I do hope in the future Marc Anthony will come out with Fragrance-Free Products for those who indeed are sensitive and would like to be using professional products, too!
