I love using this product for occasional baths of luxury. I find myself relaxed and rejuvenated after using it, even as just a foot soak (just make sure that the water covers your ankles). I also find the fragrance relaxing and not too overpowering, though it does last a long time. The product comes with a fabric pouch to pour the salts into since there are dried herbs in it that you don't really want floating around or clogging your drain when you get out and drain the bath water. It's a little inconvenient to clean the pouch out, but the effects of the soak are well worth the effort taken. I just hang it up and let it dry out before turning the pouch inside out over a trashcan. (There are not usually very many flakes to get rid of, but there are some.)
