Have one of these in addition to a regular desk chair. Great to sit on and comfortable. Keeps me from leaning back, bottom end from gettng numb, and sitting up wright Very comfortable seat. Has great memory foam. Overall they do finally (padding on seat) wear out over time. But nothing last forever. Agian, Great $$$ for value of stool with lots of uses. Can't go wrong with $$ again for value vs. others in comparison.

The stool is functional for the first 6 months, and then things start to go south, literally. Those of us who use this are of small to average size, yet the stool cannot support our weight and we sink. Also, if you are considering using this at a writing table or computer work, it does not give you enough height to accomodate. Two stars at best.

Thickly upholstered, perfect height adjustment for me. I use this stool now during my bodywork sessions with clients and in my packaging room for the personal care products I make.
